Applications are open in three markets today. Everywhere else, submitting still reaches a person — and you get a straight answer about where MIXUE stands in your country.
This is the official MIXUE franchise application site for the Americas. Franchise applications are currently open in the United States, Mexico and Brazil. If you are somewhere else — inside or outside the Americas — you can still submit your details here. If MIXUE already operates in your country, your details are passed to the colleagues responsible for that market. If MIXUE has not started there yet, we will tell you, and your details stay on file so we can contact you first when your country is planned.

MIXUE already operates in your country
We pass your details to the colleagues responsible for that market, so your enquiry reaches the team that can act on it.
MIXUE has not started in your country
We tell you plainly that we have not begun there. Your details stay on file, and when your country is planned you are among the first people we contact.
We would rather tell you "not yet" than leave you without an answer.
Why this page does not list every country
MIXUE was founded in 1997 and now has more than 49,000 stores across over 14 countries, and that footprint keeps changing. A country list published here would be out of date before it was useful. Submitting your details gets you the current position for your own country, checked by a person and sent to you directly.
What happens after you submit
You create an account on this site and can see your current stage at any time. Submitting an application is free, and it is an expression of interest only — not an offer to sell a franchise. Every disclosure required by law is provided to you separately, before you sign any agreement or make any payment.

- Can I open a MIXUE franchise in my country?
- Applications are open in the United States, Mexico and Brazil. For any other country, submit your details and we will tell you where MIXUE currently stands there. We do not publish a country-by-country availability list, because it would go out of date.
- MIXUE is not in my country yet. Is it still worth submitting?
- Yes. Your details stay on file. When your country is planned, the people who already registered are the first ones contacted.
- Is there a waiting list I should join?
- There is no separate waiting list. The application form is the only thing to fill in — choose "Other region" and select or type your country.
- Is this the official MIXUE site?
- Yes. This is MIXUE's official franchise application site for the Americas. The official MIXUE sites for the United States, Mexico and Brazil are linked in the footer of this page.
- Does it cost anything to submit?
- No. Submitting is free. Any fees that apply at later stages are explained to you directly by our team, and every disclosure required by law is provided before you sign an agreement or make a payment.
