You apply online through this site; there is no fee to submit an application, and a Business Development team member reviews every submission and contacts you directly.

MIXUE Americas is the team responsible for the brand's expansion across North, Central and South America. We are actively opening stores in the United States, Mexico and Brazil.
How the application works
Every application is reviewed by a person, not a scoring algorithm. Here is the path from first contact to opening day.
Submit your application
Complete the online form — about yourself, your business background and where you would like to open. It is free to submit, and you can create an account to track your progress.
Introductory call
A Business Development team member for your market reviews your application and arranges a short call to understand your plans and answer your first questions.
Interview
A more detailed conversation covering your operating experience, your intended market, and how you plan to run the store day to day.
Registration and agreement
You complete a formal registration, our Business Development and Legal teams review it, and we move to the franchise agreement. All disclosures required by law are provided to you before you sign anything or pay anything.
Site selection and opening
You propose a location, our Operations team reviews it on site, and once approved we support you through build-out, training and opening.

There is no single profile, but the partnerships that work best tend to share these traits.
- Hands-on operators who will be personally involved in running the store, not passive investors
- Experience operating a physical storefront — food service, retail or similar
- Genuine agreement with our recipes, quality standards and brand guidelines
- Local knowledge of the city or district you want to open in
- The financial capacity to build and operate a store; we discuss specifics with you directly during the process
- An interest in a long-term partnership rather than a short-term project
Common questions
- Which countries can I apply for right now?
- Franchise applications are open in the United States, Mexico and Brazil. If you are elsewhere in the Americas you can still register your interest and we will contact you first when we enter your market.
- My country is not listed. Can I still apply?
- Yes. Choose "Other region" on the application and select or type your country. Your details reach our team and we keep them on file. Please note that MIXUE Americas covers the Americas; if you are outside the Americas we may not be the right team for your region.
- Does it cost anything to apply?
- No. Submitting an application is free. Any fees that apply at later stages are explained to you directly by our team, and every disclosure required by law is provided before you sign an agreement or make a payment.
- How much investment is required?
- It depends on the market, the size of the store and the location, so we do not publish a single figure. Your Business Development contact goes through the numbers for your specific market with you during the process.
- Do I need experience in food and beverage?
- It helps, and experience running any physical storefront counts. What matters most is that you will be hands-on in the store and that you are prepared to follow our operating and quality standards.
- Can I open more than one store?
- Yes. The application asks how many stores you would like to develop. Multi-store partners are welcome, and we usually start with one store and expand from there.
- How long does the process take?
- It varies with your market, how quickly documents come together and how long site selection takes. Your Business Development contact gives you a realistic timeline for your situation after the introductory call.
- What happens right after I submit?
- You get an account on this site where you can see your current stage at any time. A Business Development team member for your market reviews your application and contacts you by email.
